Terms and Conditions for NYC Black Lux Limo

Welcome to NYC Black Lux Limo! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our limousine services, website, and any related services provided by NYC Black Lux Limo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
  • A valid credit/debit card or an approved payment method is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to service commencement.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services such as waiting time, additional stops, or cleaning fees.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full fare.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 business days.

3. Service Usage and Conduct

  • Passengers must adhere to all applicable traffic laws and regulations while in the vehicle.
  • Smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during their ride.
  • The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying disorderly conduct.

4. Waiting Time and Overtime Charges

  • A complimentary waiting period of 30 minutes is provided for standard pickups (15 minutes free and next 15 minutes will be charged) and 60 minutes for airport pickups.
  • Overtime charges may apply if the waiting time exceeds the complimentary period.
  • Extra stops or route changes may result in additional charges.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

  • NYC Black Lux Limo is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in case of disputes.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and store customer information only for booking and service purposes.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

7. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York, NY.
